Similar to the Complete My Album feature that debuted on iTunes in the summer of 2009, Apple today launched a similar offering for television shows aptly named “Complete My Season Pass”. As you know, iTunes Season Pass lets users buy an entire television show season and have individual episodes automatically downloaded up to 24 hours after they air on the tube.

So, let’s say you previously purchased individual episodes of Desperate Housewives and now want to upgrade to the entire season, but without having to re-purchase the episodes you already own.

Well, per MacRumors:

This is a welcome addition to the iTunes arsenal and the latest in a series of iTunes-related enhancements. Most recently, California-based Apple announced the arrival of both the iTunes Store with iTunes Match in Latin America and Apple TV in Brazil, letting the Brazilians rent or purchase over a thousand movies from major studios, including Twentieth Century Fox, Paramount Pictures, Sony Pictures Home Entertainment, Universal Pictures, the Walt Disney Studios and Warner Bros. Pictures. The Brazil iTunes Store also sells music from major labels EMI Music, Sony Music Entertainment, Universal Music Group, Warner Music and thousands of independent labels.
